3dtwc.jpgTuz-Han figured out a way to achieve over 95% cleaved fiber-coupling efficiency to SiN-on-oxide nanophotonic circuits. This would be important for quantum photonics experiments that want to achieve high fidelity. It certainly helped our atom-microring experiment, allowing excellent photon collection efficiency (>80% fiber coupling now).
